This is a "colorized" version of the "Ethel H at Yellow Banks" postcard.
Before the days of color photography, artists would hand-paint colors into
the scenes to make them more interesting. This is the original hand-painted
image which would have been used to make postcards from. It appears
that the artist did not quite finish some of the coloring in the image, and
it is possible that this colorized postcard was never reproduced.
